Manchester City starlet, Kelechi Iheanacho, is now said to be the highest-earning Nigerian player in the Premier League, after agreeing a £85,000-per-week deal with the club.
Iheanacho signed a new two-year contract extension to stay at the Etihad until 2021.

According to him, “this new deal will change the lives of my family for better”.
The 19-year-old now earns more than Super Eagles captain, Mikel John Obi, who picks up £70,000 a week at Chelsea.
Victor Moses is paid £50,000 a week at Stamford Bridge.
Iheanacho’s new agents negotiated this bumper deal, even though they are still locked in an ownership tussle with the player’s former representatives.

Iheanacho once borrowed bolts and other football kits from identified shop that sale football kits close to the Stadium, Owerri, Imo State where he started his football career very early stage of his life.
